Bare Barre™ Teacher Training is a continuing education course for certified barre instructors aimed at reconnecting with the roots of barre. This barefoot, prop-free format emphasizes foundational technique, fascia awareness, foot health, pelvic floor activation, balance, and stretching. Included in the course are a digital manual, video lessons, a full sample class, anatomy and history sections, coaching sessions, and a 30-question quiz. Upon successful completion, which includes a practical exam video, instructors earn the right to teach under the Bare Barre™ name. Continuing education credits are available with ACE and YACEP for yoga professionals.
