- Provide affordable barre classes that are safe and effective for all levels of fitness, age, gender, race, and creed.
- Teach and advise within the scope of practice, ensuring that all instruction aligns with barre fitness certifications.
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality.
- Direct clients to seek medical attention when necessary and do not discriminate against clients or colleagues on any level.
- Refrain from intentionally soliciting clients from other barre professionals.
- Treat clients and colleagues with respect, truth, fairness, and integrity.
- Comply with all applicable business, employment, and intellectual property laws.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Do not misrepresent skills, training, professional credentials, identity, or services.
- Continue gaining education, including barre instructor training, to enhance skills and knowledge, thereby providing the highest quality services to clients.
- Maintain current Group Fitness, Barre, and other international certifications, including but not limited to those in fitness and nutrition.
- Carry appropriate insurance and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Ensure appropriate teacher-to-student ratios in all class settings.
