Bare Barre™ Training is a continuing education course for certified barre instructors who want to reconnect with the roots of barre. This barefoot, prop-free format emphasizes foundational technique, fascia awareness, foot health, pelvic floor activation, balance, and stretching. It includes a digital manual, full class script, anatomy and history sections, and a 30-question quiz. Upon successful completion (includes practical exam video), instructors earn the right to teach under the Bare Barre™ name.
